We are looking for a part-time 3.5t Van courier driver to carry out single-drop, palletised freight deliveries throughout the UK, occasionally Europe. Experience in Central London is essential. Some long distance and over-night stays required, but very infrequent.

We are a rapidly expanding Transport & Events company, who cover all of the UK, with a number of prestigious clients. We are a friendly and hard working team with a large premises in Portsmouth, come and see us for an informal chat!

The weekly hours are between 16-30 hours.

You are a representation of our company upon delivering the goods and meeting our Clients, so applicants must be confident with client interaction and well presented. We provide company branded workwear for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Loading and unloading of vehicles. Driving will be both 3.5t and XLWB Sprinter & Luton body (w/tail lift) size vehicles. Delivering and collecting of various goods; including pallets/event equipment. Ensuring the vehicle and goods are secure at all times. Operating within all transport legislation. Operating to all company policies/procedures. Managing paperwork and keeping accurate records.
Key Skills / Experience:

Driving License. Excellent communication skills. Able to work in a professional manner with customers & team members. Smart appearance, friendly, good customer service skills with an enthusiastic attitude. Previous experience in a similar role. Punctual, responsible and attention to detail.

Pay: 12.50-14.50 per hour
