KCR Solutions are delighted to be working with this successful company to recruit a Part-time Accounts Assistant. Your duties will be as follows:
Raising sales invoices via Excel and emailing them to customers.
Processing supplier invoices including matching delivery notes and Purchase Orders
Inputting all the sales and purchase invoices onto the system
Maintaining service level agreements for support contracts and raising appropriate invoices
Preparing supplier payment runs including processing Bacs payments
Responsible for cash expenses and credit card statements
Checking and processing monthly staff cash expenses
Verification of all monthly credit card statements
Responsible for credit control
You will have worked in a similar role previously and have strong IT skills, particularly with Sage 50 Accounts and Excel.
