Academy Geomatics Ltd is seeking a reliable and experienced part-time Accounts/Payroll Manager to join our team at our Team Valley, Gateshead office.
This role requires hands-on experience with Sage Cloud Accounting and Sage Payroll and would suit someone who is confident working independently with day-to-day accounts, bookkeeping, VAT and monthly payroll tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Monthly payroll processing
VAT preparation and submissions
Bookkeeping and general accounts duties
Invoicing and bill payments
Chasing creditors and managing outstanding balances
Other routine finance and administrative tasks
Primary responsibility will be accounts and bookkeeping.
Essential Experience
Experience using
Sage
, specifically
Sage Cloud Accounting
and
Sage Payroll
Previous experience in accounts, payroll, or bookkeeping
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
