Location: Carmarthen
Pay: 12.50 per hour
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time
Hours: Wednesdays & Fridays, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

About Towy Castle

Located in three acres of gardens overlooking the Towy estuary, Towy Castle is a 61-bed home with over 35 years of trusted experience in residential and dementia care. Our team is supportive, long-standing, and committed to delivering care in a warm, family-style environment.

Your Role

Plan and deliver varied activities suited to residents' needs Encourage participation in both group and one-to-one sessions Organise seasonal events, celebrations, and outings Build strong relationships with residents, families, and local groups Keep simple records of attendance and feedback
