The Part-Time Administrator (PR & Marketing Support) will provide effective administrative support while leading on PR and marketing activities that strengthen visibility, engagement, and communication across GROAD's community services.
The role combines operational organisation with creative communications, supporting sustainability, inclusion, and community impact.
Key Responsibilities
Administration
Provide day-to-day administrative support to staff and directors
Manage enquiries, bookings, appointment confirmations, and inboxes
Maintain accurate records, databases, and monitoring systems
Collate data for reporting (members, volunteers, donations, engagement)
Support meetings, agendas, and minute-taking
Assist with basic finance admin (tracking invoices and expenses)
PR, Marketing & Communications
Support and deliver PR and marketing campaigns
Create written content for social media, newsletters, flyers, and web updates
Schedule and manage posts across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
Capture community stories, testimonials, and impact content
Promote events, services, and campaigns consistently
Ensure brand consistency across all communications
Monitoring, Reporting & Impact
Collect engagement data and marketing metrics
Support monthly impact summaries for funders and partners
Maintain content libraries (images, media, copy)
Person Specification
Essential
Experience in administration or office support
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience or demonstrable skills in PR, marketing, or communications
Confident using digital tools (Email, MS Office, Canva, social platforms)
Highly organised with good attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Commitment to community values, sustainability, and inclusion
Desirable
Experience in a charity, CIC, or community organisation
Experience supporting events or campaigns
Knowledge of social media scheduling tools
Basic understanding of impact reporting
