Architectural Technician
to join our team.The Role
We are seeking a skilled
Architectural Technician
to work with us 3 days per week. This role would suit someone who is looking for flexibility while still working on a variety of exciting projects.You will be responsible for:
Preparing technical drawings and construction details using
Revit
Producing and coordinating drawing packages for planning and building regulations submissions Applying your knowledge ofUK Building Regulations
to ensure compliance Supporting project delivery from concept through to completion Collaborating with the wider team to develop design-led solutionsAbout You
We're looking for someone who has:
3+ years' experience in a similar role
within an architectural practice Strong skills inRevit
(essential) Good working knowledge ofUK Building Regulations
An organised and proactive approach to workload Strong attention to detail and good communication skillsBenefits

part-time role (3 days per week, 22.5 hours)

Pay: 22,000.00-25,000.00 per year
