Are you organised, adaptable, and enjoy a mix of admin, customer service,
and hands-on tasks? Valley Conferencing is looking for a friendly and
proactive
Assistant to Management
to support our Conferencing Manager
and ensure our clients and visitors have a fantastic experience.
What you'll do:
Support the Conferencing Manager with bookings, client
communications, invoices, and reports.
Assist with room set-ups, AV, and practical tasks during events.
Provide reception support - welcoming visitors, answering calls, and
managing emails.
Help with social media updates and promotional initiatives.
Offer flexibility to cover the Manager during holidays and assist in the
on-site coffee shop during quieter periods.
More hours available in the on-site coffee shop
What we're looking for:
Strong organisational and communication skills.
A proactive, hands-on approach and attention to detail.
Comfortable using office software, IT systems, and social media.
Flexible, adaptable, and happy to help wherever needed.
