Role Overview

We're seeking a creative and results-driven

B2B Marketing Specialist

to help grow our brand presence, generate qualified leads, and support sales efforts across both HydroChute and HydroWash. This is a part-time role ideal for someone with experience in industrial or building services marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies tailored to property management, construction, and facilities sectors. Create and manage content for websites, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and trade publications. Optimize SEO and PPC campaigns to drive traffic and conversions. Coordinate with sales to align marketing efforts with lead generation goals. Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools. Identify and pursue PR opportunities, trade shows, and industry partnerships.

Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally in construction, facilities management, or industrial products. Strong writing and content creation skills. Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Mailchimp, WordPress). Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Knowledge of UK building regulations and sustainability trends is a plus.
