Vroni's is an intimate wine and champagne bar in Glasgow city centre. With 30 years of trading, we aspire to stay at the forefront of the ever-changing global wine market and are excited to have the opportunity to bring you onto our team.

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic bartender to join our small but strong team. Vroni's has a heavy focus on cocktails and wine so knowledge of these subjects is essential but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Serve beverages and food to customers in a timely and friendly manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Handle cash and process transactions accurately, utilizing basic math skills. Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and a positive dining experience. Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks during busy periods.

Qualifications

Proven bartending and serving experience in a fast-paced environment Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction Knowledge of food safety practices Basic maths skills for handling cash and processing transactions Effective time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently
