Location:

The Anchor, Stanwell Moor Village (Near Heathrow Airport)
The Anchor is a well-established, independently operated village pub with a loyal local following, situated just outside Heathrow Airport in Stanwell Moor Village. Known for our friendly, dog- and family-welcoming atmosphere, we balance a relaxed customer experience with high professional standards behind the bar.

We are currently looking for experienced and reliable part-time bar staff to join our close-knit team as we continue to grow.

Position Overview:

Part-time positions available with flexible hours: 4, 8, or up to 16 hours per week.
Shifts are confirmed at least two weeks in advance, depending on business needs.
Evening and weekend work is required as part of a shared rota.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive hourly pay of 12.21 (effective from 1st April), plus holiday pay uplift - bringing total hourly compensation to 13.68.
Comprehensive online training provided, including Level 2 Health and Safety, Food Hygiene, COSHH, and England and Wales Licensing Awareness.
Training is unpaid but can be completed during quiet shifts if needed.

Candidate Requirements:

A minimum of one year of bar experience is essential.
Applicants must live within 15 minutes of The Anchor (TW19 6AQ). Applicants outside this area will not be considered.
Must demonstrate the ability to work hard, stay calm under pressure, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Must be 18 years of age or older, in accordance with UK licensing laws.
