Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Assist with food preparation and serving, ensuring all items are presented beautifully. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently. Handle cash transactions and maintain basic math skills for processing payments. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service. Uphold the quality of products by following recipes and presentation standards.

Experience

Previous barista experience is preferred but not essential; we are willing to train enthusiastic candidates. Familiarity with food safety practices is highly desirable. Experience in serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment is advantageous. Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions accurately. Strong time management skills to juggle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
