Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and care. Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and build connections. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace. Operate POS systems efficiently for transactions. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service. Educate customers about our menu offerings and promote new products. Adhere to food safety standards and guidelines. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.

Qualifications

Proven barista experience or strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Strong time management abilities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with POS systems Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting. Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
