Summary

We are seeking a passionate Barista to join our team in Newtownards. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating memorable customer experiences while preparing and serving high-quality beverages. Your contributions will help us maintain our commitment to excellence and community engagement.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and food items. Provide outstanding customer service and engage with customers to enhance their experience. Operate POS systems accurately for transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards. Assist in training new team members as needed. Manage inventory and stock supplies efficiently. Collaborate with team members to meet store goals.

Qualifications

Previous barista or customer service experience preferred. Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques. Familiarity with Aloha or Micros POS systems is a plus. Excellent time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Commitment to upholding food safety practices.
