8-16 hours per week (mostly Saturdays)

Harry's Bar in Newcastle is a lively, high-energy venue that thrives on great drinks, great service, and great nights out. We're looking for an experienced weekend bartender to join our team and keep the good times flowing.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including

classic cocktails

, to a high standard. Provide friendly, efficient service to all guests. Handle busy shifts with confidence and speed. Keep the bar clean, stocked, and well-organised. Work closely with the rest of the bar team to deliver a fantastic customer experience.

Requirements

Must be

over 18

.

At least 1 year's bartending experience

in a similar busy venue. Confident making

classic cocktails

without reference. Excellent

time management skills

. Available to work primarily

Saturday nights

(up to 4:00am), with occasional extra shifts. Must be available to work

Christmas and New Year's Eve
