Job Description
Saddle & Spoke is a modern, upmarket gastropub featured in the Good Food Guide, known for great food, quality drinks and relaxed, friendly service. We're looking for enthusiastic and confident part-time bar & waiting staff to join our front-of-house team.

About the Role
You'll help deliver the welcoming, high-standard experience Saddle & Spoke is known for. From greeting guests to serving food and crafting drinks, you'll play a key part in ensuring every guest leaves wanting to return.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and confidently. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Deliver dishes and drinks with excellent presentation. Support the bar with preparing and serving drinks (cocktail training provided). Work closely with the kitchen to keep service smooth and timely. Keep bar, tables and service areas clean, organised, and presentable. Handle guest questions or concerns professionally. Support events, brunches and specials when required.
What We're Looking For
Hospitality or bar experience preferred, but full training provided. A positive, energetic personality with strong communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure during busy service. A genuine interest in food, drinks, and great hospitality. Cocktail experience or barista skills are a bonus.
Availability Requirements
Weekend availability is essential
, as these are our busiest days.Evening shifts are required
, although not all shifts will be late finishes.Part-time hours with flexible scheduling.
