James Taylor Carpentry Contractors Ltd is looking for a reliable and organised
Part-Time Bookkeeper / Administrator
to support the financial and administrative functions of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day bookkeeping
Accurate data entry
Raising and processing invoices
Maintaining financial records
Bank reconciliations
Preparing information for the accountant
General finance and administrative support
Essential Requirements:
Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounts administration
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
Desirable Experience:
Level 2 AAT qualification
Bookkeeping experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Flexible part-time hours (18 hours per week)
12.50 per hour
