Artist Residence Bristol

6 shifts per week
Approx 7am - 11am weekdays / 7:30am - 12/2pm weekends

We're looking for a dependable and passionate

Breakfast Chef

to join our small, creative hotel team at Artist Residence Bristol.

This role is all about

quality, consistency, calm efficiency, and heart-warming hospitality

- serving breakfast to hotel guests and the occasional local, from a simple but high-quality menu.

What You'll Do

Lead breakfast service in our open kitchen (solo shifts) Cook a simple, delicious menu to high standards Keep the kitchen spotless & organised Manage ordering, stock, and prep for the next day Support daytime preparation for light deli items (toasties, salads, hot pots) Maintain excellent food safety, HACCP & EHO standards Work collaboratively with FOH & support service when needed

Hours

6 mornings per week (with some flexibility) Weekdays: 7am - 11am Weekends: 7:30am - 12/2pm
Additional hours available during events, holidays & busy periods

Who You Are

Breakfast / brunch experience Confident working solo & in a small kitchen Calm, organised & takes pride in clean, efficient work Flexible & happy to help across the wider team if needed Friendly & professional in an open kitchen environment
