Part-time Care Practitioner (Day Shift). Priesty Fields Care Home



13.27per hour

22 hours (2shifts per week, including some weekend working)

Shift Times:

8am - 8pm

As a Care Practitioner on our Day Shift team, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents and enhancing their quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:



Participating in all required training to maintain high standards of care

Assisting residents with personal care, hygiene, mealtime support, and participation in daily activities

Offering emotional support and companionship to foster a warm, inclusive atmosphere

Encouraging residents to pursue their hobbies, interests, and routines to lead enriched lives

Upholding the cleanliness and safety standards within the care home

Collaborating closely with team members to ensure all resident needs are met in a flexible, responsive manner

Overtime is paid for working over full time hours. However, overtime enhancement will not feature on your contract of employment and can be withdrawn at any time as managers decision is final.Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our 'Reward Me' app. Flexible pay is available via 'WAGESTREAM'Advertised pay rate is for shifts worked from 1st April 2025.
