Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of food preparation and production, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish served. Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends. Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in accordance with food safety regulations. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Monitor food presentation and portion control to maintain high standards of hospitality. Implement and uphold health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work along side a team effectively. Proficiency in various cooking techniques and cuisines, with a passion for food preparation. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills to facilitate teamwork and collaboration among kitchen staff. A creative mindset with the ability to innovate menu items that delight guests.
