We're recruiting a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to join Bucks CAMHS team assessing for ADHD and autism. Please note this role is part-time working 22.5 hours per week.
You will join a well-established, and knowledgeable, friendly, kind and neuro affirmative multi-professional team. You will receive quality reflective supervision. You will use your skills to deliver quality assessments and influence service improvements. You will have opportunities to grow in your career, including developing your leadership skills and supervision of others as and continuing professional development and research opportunities. You will be a vital member of the team helping the system to understand the complete identity of the young person including their neurodivergence, mental health and developmental profile.

In this role, you'll be contributing to the assessment process for neurodivergent children and young people.
We work closely with families to understand their child's needs both prior to and within the assessment experince. The team consists of multi-agency professionals who bring robust assessment and reflection to MDT and team meetings.
The service has recently moved through a new model and is now embedding this 1 day assessments model which is supporting families and clinicians in management of the assessment process.
