Overview


We are seeking a passionate and dedicated part-time Coach to join our growing team at Padel Padel! from the 12th January 2026. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality coaching sessions to players of all ages and abilities. You will be contributing to the club's coaching programmes, organising & running tournaments/events to help increase participation in the sport.

As a role at our flagship site, we offer a unique opportunity to play a key part in shaping the development and growth of both the club and the Padel Padel! brand. Along with the Head Coach, you'll enjoy significant autonomy in designing coaching schedules, organising events, and helping to build our player community from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities



Deliver engaging group coaching sessions for juniors and adults. Provide private lessons (with supplementary pay). Support the club's development programmes and events, including leagues, tournaments, and social sessions. Delivering school holiday camps, providing engaging sessions for all ages and abilities. Ensure all sessions are conducted safely and in line with club policies. Promote the sport of padel and represent Padel Padel! positively within the community. Support marketing and outreach activities to attract new players. You may also be required to undertake additional duties as communicated to you by us from time to time.

Qualifications & Experience



Essential:



Have and maintain an LTA coaching qualification and accreditation. Previous experience coaching padel (group and individual sessions). Strong communication (fluency in English) and interpersonal skills. Comfortable and experienced working with children. A professional, reliable, and positive attitude. Valid First Aid certificate. DBS background check (or willingness to obtain).

Desirable:



Experience coaching tennis or other racket sports. Experience with junior development programmes. Knowledge of club management systems or booking software.

Compensation & Benefits



Competitive pay aligned with experience, based on a full-time equivalent salary from 25,400 per annum. Part-time hours and final rate to be agreed. Working Hours



Approximately 25-30 hours per week, including some evenings, weekends, and bank holidays (final schedule to be agreed based on club requirements and coaching availability). Additional hours available for private coaching and events
Job Types: Permanent, Part-time

Pay: From 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
