Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and committed Back of House Cook to join our kitchen team at The Old City Bar, located on the outskirts of historic Canterbury.
Key Responsibilities:
Cook food consistently to our high standards Maintain impeccable cleanliness throughout the kitchen Purchase and manage stock efficiently Contribute to menu planning and development Undertake thorough prepping for all services Complete all due diligence and health & safety requirements
Essential Requirements:
Proven experience in food preparation within the hospitality industry Strong understanding of health & safety protocols Ability to work 18+ hours per week (flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends)
