Part-Time Head Cricket Coach

Serious Cricket is seeking an

experienced and motivated Head Coach

to take a leading role in the delivery and development of our coaching programmes across our premier facilities at Dummer and Eversley Cricket Centres.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled coach looking for a flexible, part-time role in a professional and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and delivery of

group coaching sessions

, including academy programmes Oversee and deliver

1-to-1 coaching

for junior and senior players Mentor and support junior coaches to ensure high coaching standards Contribute to the growth and development of Serious Cricket's coaching offer

About You:

ECB Level 2 (minimum) - Level 3 desirable Proven coaching experience, ideally in a leadership or head coach capacity Strong knowledge of player development pathways and modern coaching techniques Organised, enthusiastic, and confident in managing groups and coaching teams A positive role model with excellent communication and leadership skills
