Qualifications:



GSEs or equivalent; further education or certifications in Customer Service, Sales or a related field. Proven experience in customer service and sales, with a track record of achieving objectives. Exceptional communication skills and a passion for engaging with people. Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive mindset. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while also taking the initiative to drive your own success. Capable of following processes and identifying problems IT literate, with skills in Microsoft suite
