at their modern office based in Manor Royal, Crawley. We are looking for someone to join our dynamic team to complete administration and data entry, as well as telephone support for patients, relatives and healthcare professionals.

Hours
: 3pm-8pm, Monday to Friday
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, ideally in a call centre/office environment, and all training will be provided.
Primary Duties & Areas of Responsibility:
To deal with enquiries from patients in an empathetic and effective manner
To contact patients, and provide first line support to all patients requiring assistance, escalating to relevant colleagues when required.
Provide first line support to all patients requiring assistance E-Mail, telephone, letter and SMS
Process prescriptions at the time of receipt accurately, ensuring the correct equipment is given to the patient
Investigate and resolve customer complaints and resolve complaints quickly and patiently
Maintain thorough and accurate records
Working with the other teams within the business to ensure a smooth process for all orders, these team include clinics, warehousing, finance and operations.
Education, Qualifications and expertise required:
Will require a Standard DBS as part of onboarding process
5 GCSE including English language and Maths or significant relevant work experience
