Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and compassionate

Part-Time Dental Nurse

who is confident both chairside and at the reception desk. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our growing team, ensuring patients feel comfortable and supported while also helping with front-of-house duties when needed.

Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during treatments and procedures. Prepare and sterilise instruments in line with health and safety standards. Provide excellent patient care, from welcoming them to supporting them during and after treatment. Cover reception when required, including booking appointments, handling calls, and greeting patients. Maintain accurate records and help with general administrative tasks. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the smooth running of the practice.

Skills & Requirements

Confident in reception duties and patient communication. Compassionate, adaptable, and professional. Good organisational skills and ability to multitask. IT literacy for managing appointments and records. Strong spoken and written English.

Able to work 2 Saturdays per month.

Additional Information

Dental nursing qualification required.

GDC registration required.

Minimum of 1 year dental nursing experience.
