The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations within the practice. This role requires a keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently, along with computer proficiency.
Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures
Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar effectively
Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality is upheld
Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow throughout the day
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management
Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming for patients

Experience
