Help create the ultimate guide to family days out

Loopla is on a mission to become the go-to platform for parents looking for the best things to do in London with their kids, from theatre and festivals to hidden gems in their borough.

We're looking for a proactive and experienced digital writer who's excited to help shape our content from the ground up.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys researching, writing, and editing high-quality content that genuinely helps busy families and small businesses.

Weekly newsletter

: Researching and writing our roundup of the best family events in London

Articles

: Creating SEO-friendly listicles and guides in a friendly, informative tone

B2B content

: Writing helpful, marketing tips for kids' activity providers

Subediting

: Proofreading, fact-checking, and polishing copy before publishing

What We're Looking For

Strong research skills and the ability to produce polished, accurate content quickly A warm, engaging writing style that's informative, not promotional Experience writing for digital audiences via blogs, newsletters, or online publications Confidence delivering finished pieces that are well-formatted, proofread, and ready to publish Excellent grammar, spelling, and attention to detail Great communication skills and the ability to work independently At least 3 years of digital writing experience At least 1 year of editing or subediting experience

Working With Us

2-4 days a week

, with 1 day in our Euston office and the rest remote Regular collaboration with a small, friendly team A chance to play a meaningful role in shaping a growing platform
