Grove Tutors is a tutoring company that specialises in 1:1 tutoring at primary, KS3, GCSE and A-Level. Our experienced tutors have helped hundreds of students to fulfil their potential. We have an excellent network of tutors that includes qualified teachers, expert tutors and high-flying postgraduate and undergraduate students. In addition to the core subjects of English, Maths and Science, we have tutors for all subjects at primary and secondary level.

Role Responsibilities

To assist with inbound enquiries from parents by email and phone To assist with selecting and introducing tutors to families To assist with managing tuition arrangements To assist with onboarding new tutors To manage and update our portal Tutor Zone

Role Requirements

Understanding of UK education system (Required) Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Required) Excellent listening and relationship building skills (Required) Strong attention-to-detail and multitasking skills (Required) Experience in a client-facing or customer service role (Preferred) Experience working with young people or children (Preferred)

Role Benefits

You will be working in a small, dedicated and supportive team that has experience in all aspects of the tutoring space. As this part-time role is on a self-employed basis, you will have flexibility in terms of working location and working hours.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 10.00-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 12 per week
