We're looking for a detail-oriented and education-savvy individual to join our after-school tuition centre team. This is a part-time, in-person role focused on preparing high-quality educational materials -- with the potential to grow into a broader creative and operational role.
About the Role
Hours: 10 hours per week for preparation (flexible: e.g. 2hrs/day across 5 days or 5hrs/day across 2 days)
Additional: 1-2 evenings per week (term-time) attending our after-school centres in Braintree and/or Bishop's Stortford (these hours are in addition to the 10 prep hours)
Location: Preparation work based in Great Notley, Essex (in-person)
Key Responsibilities
Prepare engaging, curriculum-aligned educational materials for KS2-KS4 learners
Collaborate with tutors to ensure resources are effective and age-appropriate
Option to contribute to social media and marketing strategy and content creation
What We're Looking For
Education: A-levels or higher, with strong GCSE passes in Maths and English Language
Experience: Prior work in education, tutoring, or curriculum development is a distinct advantage
Skills: Organised, creative, and confident working independently
Availability: At least one evening per week (ideally two) for in-person centre support
Pay
Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience
