Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records using Xero
Process accounts payable and receivable
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Prepare daily and monthly reports
Track expenses and manage receipts
Assist with payroll and tax preparation
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
Supporting other administrative functions as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience as a bookkeeper
Proficiency in accounting software Xero and Microsoft Excel
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Knowledge of basic accounting principles
A proactive, trustworthy attitude and excellent communication skills
