We are seeking a passionate and dedicated EXPERIENCED Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile. This role requires a keen attention to detail and a love for coffee culture.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks Assist customers in selecting menu items and provide recommendations based on their preferences Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, including equipment and utensils Follow food safety standards and guidelines during food preparation and service Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods Collaborate with team members to create a positive working environment

Experience

Previous experience in a cafe or food service environment is advantageous but not essential Basic maths skills for handling cash and making change Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of food safety practices is preferred Experience in food preparation is beneficial

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.20-14.00 per hour
