Part-Time Field Sales Executive (20 hours/week)

Salary:

13-16 per hour (depending on experience) + commission

Lung Wah Chong is Oxford's longest-standing oriental food wholesaler, proudly serving restaurants, takeaways, and retailers across the UK since 1987. We supply authentic Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese and other Asian ingredients - from fresh produce to frozen goods and kitchen essentials. With a growing customer base and product range, we're now expanding our field sales team.

The Role:

We're looking for a confident and self-motivated

Part-Time Field Sales Executive

to help us grow our customer base across Oxfordshire and nearby regions. This role involves

face-to-face sales visits

to local restaurants and takeaways - introducing our brand, sharing product samples, and building lasting relationships with business owners.

This is a

field-based role

and ideal for someone who thrives outside the office, enjoys meeting new people, and isn't afraid to knock on doors.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit restaurants, takeaways, and food businesses in the local area to promote our services Generate new leads and sales through

door-to-door outreach and follow-ups

Present our product range and company benefits confidently in person Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers Report sales activity, feedback, and client requests to the internal team Coordinate with our warehouse and office team to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Previous sales or customer-facing experience (field sales preferred but not essential) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident, proactive, and goal-driven Knowledge of the food, restaurant, or hospitality sector is a bonus Must be able to travel independently -

car preferred

Chinese Speaking

- Mandarin/Cantonese

(not essential but a great bonus)

Working Hours:

20 hours per week (flexible days between Monday-Saturday) Field-based with some admin Occasional team meetings in Oxford
