Job Description
Instrument Technology Ltd (ITL Vacuum) is a UK based company specialising in the manufacture of vacuum components. We supply a wide range of standard and non-standard components, fittings, and vessels within a range of industries across the globe, utilising vacuum techniques. These include semi-conductor, research, energy, medical and general industrial vacuum users.
Sales Ledger/Credit Control:
Sending customer invoices and statements
Posting customer receipts
Chasing overdue accounts
Liaising with Sales Dept to solve customer queries
Cashflow reconciliation:
Download bank statements each morning
Reconcile cash availability from Invoice Finance
Liaise with Accounts Payable to update daily reconciliation on Excel
Essential Skills:
Computer literacy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
Up-to-date working knowledge of finance packages, preferably Sage
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Confidence to chase customers for payment by phone and email
Salary dependent upon hours and experience
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 13,000.00-16,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
