KCR Solutions are delighted to be working with this successful, growing business to recruit a part time Finance Manager. Your duties will be as follows:
Full responsibility for managing and running the finance function
Overseeing all aspects of finance, including management accounts and reporting
Responsible for forecasting, cash flow and budgeting
Bookkeeping duties such as raising invoices, making payments, and credit control
Managing payroll and liaising with external accountants when required
Providing financial insights to support business decisions and growth
Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies
Supporting other business areas such as HR and marketing on an ad-hoc basis
Providing advice, support and guidance for other staff on finance, budgeting and other related issues
You will be AAT qualified or qualified by experience. You will have worked in a similar role and be confident working independently, in a stand-alone role. Strong technical accounting and IT skills are essential. Experience of liaising closely with other areas of the business such as HR or marketing would be advantageous.
