HITIO Gym Orpington is a family-focused fitness club combining gym training and martial arts. We are currently hiring a

Weekend Sales Consultant

for a

temporary Christmas-period role

, with the possibility of becoming permanent depending on performance.

With the

Nugent Retail Park extremely busy over Christmas

, we need someone confident and driven to bring new members into the gym during this high-footfall period.

About the Role

This is an active, people-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with the public and building connections. You'll play a key part in driving new memberships over a very busy season. You should also be comfortable interacting with kids and families, as we have a large kids membership base.

Key Responsibilities

Standing outside the gym

to speak with passers-by and generate leads Leveraging

high Christmas footfall at The Nugent

to increase trial bookings

Booking trial sessions

and collecting prospect details

Conducting gym tours

and clearly explaining membership options Greeting walk-ins and managing general enquiries Engaging confidently with adults, parents, and children Following up on all leads via phone or messaging Supporting weekend promotional activity Achieving membership sign-up targets (commission paid per sale)

What We're Looking For

Confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with the public Happy to work outdoors when needed to generate leads Friendly and professional with both adults and children Target-driven with strong communication skills Reliable and committed to weekend work Available

every Saturday and Sunday

(4 hours each day) Sales experience is a plus, but full training is provided
