Job Description

JH LTD is looking for a PART TIME, FLEXIBLE Butler/Chauffeur to assist in providing a great experience to our clients who live in the UK and USA. The Butler/Chauffeur is responsible for providing hospitality services, including serving dinners and assisting with parties, professional driving - running errands, airport runs, car maintenance when needed. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.

25/per hour - minimum 4 hours per call-out.

Freelance basis, invoice monthly.

Qualifications

Previous Chauffeur & Butlering (and/or serving meals and wine) experience required

Be happy to do tasks when asked and have the ability to change quickly with the schedule. Valid driver's license, Good driving record and

Chauffeur experience is a must

. Think on their feet. Attention to detail with cars is also a must. Excellent Butler / service experience (Food / Drink Service / Cocktails) and assisting with maintaining the appearance of the flat - picking up flowers for example. Must have experience in serving.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service in the face of challenges for our guests Provide assistance with basic maintenance tasks around the home including: light housekeeping, throwing away the rubbish, DYI etc... Assist with deliveries & returns when needed. Very good understanding of London and places that the family frequent. Must be on top of the car Insurance, Registration, Parking permits, MOT, petrol etc Wash, polish, clean, maintain all vehicles Driving may involve taking the principal on shoots a couple of times a year etc, must be available to stay over if needed. (DAILY FEES AND TRAVEL FEES TO BE AGREED ON IN ADVANCE) Be able to prioritise the Mrs needs and make her a priority, organise other staff to assist with this. Know where they are going at all times, ensure that they are always on time and are aware of traffic etc. Manage Wine Cellar Assist with service and organising dinner parties / cocktail parties Walk the family (small) dog before end of shift Must be pro-active and re-active, a great communicator and team player. Must be well presented and have a great attitude. Happy, polite and willing personality "Nothing is ever a problem" attitude Must have excellent communication skills and work alongside the housekeeper to "divide and conquer" tasks when required.
