The current opportunity is for a role within our
Food and Beverage team
as a Food and Beverage Supervisor. This popular and energetic department is where all the exciting things really happen. The interaction with our guests (the odd famous one here and there), the preparation of our amazing events and the care and attention for our couples' big days. This role forms part of our Junior management team, where we will work with you to progress you and encourage you through your early stages of your exciting career. Our aim is to always produce our next managers through coaching, support and strong leadership.

This role does require some experience within our wonderful industry, however as always, we are more interested in an individual with a positive attitude who wants to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring excellent service and guest satisfaction.
Assist in the running of weddings, and private functions.
Lead, train, and motivate the food & beverage team to consistently deliver outstanding service.
Work closely with the management team to drive sales and maximize revenue opportunities.
Monitor stock levels and support ordering processes to ensure smooth operations.
Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with hotel policies and legislation.
About You:
Previous experience in a role within food & beverage, ideally in a hotel or similar environment.
A hands-on leader with strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, ensuring smooth service even during busy periods and high-profile events
A passion for hospitality and delivering memorable experiences.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
