Part Time Front of House - Harley Street, Thursdays & Every Other Saturday

We're looking for front of house (part-time) to cover Thursdays and every other Saturday, immediate start.
Requirements:
Previous experience as front of house or a receptionist, ideally in a medical or aesthetics setting
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working independently
Reliable and punctual
Available to work every Thursday and every other Saturday in our Harley Street clinic
Responsibilities:
Greet clients upon arrival and provide a welcoming atmosphere
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage client enquiries
Maintain client records and ensure the reception area & treatment rooms are tidy
Assist with processing payments and handling administrative tasks
Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth clinic operations
