About Us:

Finn Lough dedicated to farm-to-table sustainability. We grow seasonal vegetables, herbs and other produce in a series of polytunnels to supply our on-site restaurant and enhance the guest experience.

Role Overview:

We're seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Part-Time Gardener to help care for our polytunnels and outdoor growing areas. You'll play a key role in planting, nurturing and harvesting fresh produce according to the season, ensuring a continuous supply of quality ingredients for our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with planting, watering, weeding and harvesting crops in polytunnels and outdoor beds. Maintain tidy and productive growing spaces, including general upkeep and seasonal tasks such as crop rotation. Work closely with the kitchen team to schedule and supply fresh produce. Use and maintain gardening tools safely and responsibly.

About You:

Some gardening, horticulture or growing experience (formal qualifications a plus but not essential). Comfortable working outdoors in variable weather conditions. Good organisational skills, positive attitude and willingness to learn. Full driver's licence and own vehicle essential due to rural location and access needs.

Hours & Location:

Part-time hours, flexible within the growing season.
