Are you a talented and enthusiastic Graphic Designer with a keen eye for detail and a flair for creating engaging promotional materials? KB Design & Promotion Ltd are looking for a part-time Graphic Designer to join our team in Horsham, West Sussex!

About the role:

You'll be instrumental in shaping the visual impact of our campaigns, working closely with the marketing team to design visually compelling promotions for both digital and print platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity to unleash your creativity and make a real impact with our business!

What you'll be doing:

Designing engaging graphics and visuals, including digital banners, social media posts, email campaigns, and print materials. Developing creative concepts and layouts that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals. Utilising your skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality assets. Collaborating with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas and ensure cohesive campaign messaging. Working with attention to detail and maintaining brand consistency across all promotional materials. Potentially exploring innovative design approaches and experimenting with different mediums to maximise impact.
What is required:

Proven graphic design experience, ideally with a focus on promotional or marketing design. A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital and print. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within the team. A keen eye for detail, layout, typography, and visual storytelling. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines. Enthusiasm for creating impactful designs that resonate with target audiences.
