Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our establishment, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and an ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors, ensuring all surfaces are clean and presentable. Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to management. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries. Assist in laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens. Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Basic cooking skills would be advantageous for assisting with meal preparations when required. Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to tasks. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
