Are you an experienced HR Advisor or Business Partner ready to take the next step in your HR career?
We're looking for a motivated and capable HR professional to join John Nicholls in a standalone HR Manager role based at our head office in Banbury, Oxfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to step up and take full ownership of the HR function in a supportive, growing, and people-focused business.
You'll oversee the full HR remit--including recruitment, employee relations, L&D, policy, compliance, and payroll data preparation--while working closely with managers and senior leadership across our multi-site branch network. Some occasional travel will be required to visit our regional locations.
What You'll Need:
CIPD Level 5
Experience in a generalist HR role, ideally with exposure to employee relations
Solid understanding of UK employment law
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
A proactive mindset and the confidence to work independently
