25,000 per annum (14,864 per contracted hours)

Harlow and Basildon with travel across Essex

Hours:

22 hours per week TBC

ECL's Inclusive Employment team are looking for an experienced administrator to support the Inclusive Employment Service and Management team as required.



You'll provide high quality administrative support, including completing claims and grant applications. You'll be confident, have excellent communication skills, be highly organised and great at multi-tasking, and happy to assist and go the extra mile to help as and when.


About You


To be considered as Inclusive Employment Administration Assistant, you'll need to:




Have previous admin experience Have great computer skills, including use of Microsoft packages and experience using a CRM (preferable) Act as a point of contact for enquiries and provide advice and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders Raise grant applications from financial agencies such as The Kings Trust or DWP Access to Work Carry out varied administrative tasks accurately and to a high-quality standard, in accordance with timescales and frequencies agreed with the line manager. This could include minute taking; updating procedure documents; maintaining simple reports and updating the internal databases

About You




To be considered as an administrator, you need:


Good organisation skills Attention to detail Methodical and thorough Ability to maintain confidential information Adherence to the Data Protection Act Work in a fast paced office environment Ability to adapt to change Screen referrals Good communication skills both written and verbal Computer skills essential in word, excel and outlook To work collaboratively maintaining compliance in line with national guidelines of the Care Act and the Care Quality Commission
