Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales and marketing team on a part-time basis. In this role, you'll focus on generating qualified leads and setting high-value first-time appointments with senior decision-makers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for business development. For the right candidate, there is a clear path to promotion into a Business Development Manager role within six months.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn
Engage confidently with prospects over the phone
Schedule high-quality first-time appointments (FTAs) for the leadership team
Log and track activities and follow-ups using CRM systems (HubSpot, Autotask, or similar)
Follow up on marketing-generated leads and campaigns
Communicate the value of our services, including IT strategy, cybersecurity, websites, and SEO
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for outreach and appointment setting
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in sales or customer service (e.g. SDR, BDM, or similar roles)
Background in a technical or digital environment (IT, SaaS, telecoms, etc.)
Proven success with phone-based selling and cold calling
Strong communication, rapport-building, and objection-handling skills
Comfortable speaking with SME business owners and senior stakeholders
Highly self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
