Duties

Collaborate with senior designers to create compelling design concepts for various projects. Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup. Assist in the selection of materials, furnishings, and colour schemes that align with client preferences and project requirements. Participate in project management tasks, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to. Conduct site visits to assess project progress and gather inspiration for design solutions. Create 3D visualisations using tools like 3ds Max and Rhinoceros 3D to present ideas effectively. Maintain organised project documentation and assist in preparing presentations for clients.

Skills

Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong understanding of CAD principles and the ability to produce technical drawings. Excellent project management skills with a keen attention to detail. Creative flair with the ability to build innovative design solutions that meet client needs. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing effective collaboration within a team environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn from experienced designers.

Pay: 22,880.00-48,923.38 per year
