We are seeking someone to come in and deep clean our kitchen with certain pre determined tasks and perform them to a high standard on a weekly basis.
Shifts would be from 10am until 2pm Monday and Tuesday only.
Duties
Canopy and filter cleans.
Deep cleaning behind fridges and work places.
Deep cleaning walls and deep corners of the kitchen.
Keep the kitchen area clean and organised, including washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils promptly.
Support the culinary team by helping with the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations.
Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained properly to ensure longevity and efficiency.
Assist with stock control by receiving deliveries and storing items appropriately.
Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all staff members.
Help with any additional tasks as required by the head chef or kitchen manager.
Experience
Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is advantageous but not essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
A basic understanding of food preparation techniques is beneficial for this role.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy environment are essential.
A passion for hospitality and a willingness to develop culinary skills will be highly regarded.
