The successful candidate will provide legal expertise and support in the areas of real estate, construction, and contract management. The ideal candidate should be a qualified English lawyer and have approximately 3 years of experience in legal practice, with a focus on reviewing and negotiating terms and conditions, advising on real estate transactions, and managing contracts within the construction and real estate sectors.Key Responsibilities:

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and legal documents related to real estate and construction transactions and projects.
• Advise on legal issues related to the acquisition, sale, leasing, and development of real estate properties.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external lawyers, and clients to provide strategic legal advice and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Ensure that all legal documents comply with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards, and mitigate potential liabilities for the organisation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal developments, market trends, and industry standards in real estate and construction law.
• Manage outside real estate and construction counsel.

RequirementsEssential Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

• Fully qualified lawyer with a minimum of 3 years PQE with a focus on real estate and construction law.
• Proven experience advising on real estate transactions, including property acquisitions, leases, and development agreements.
• Familiarity with construction law, including construction contracts, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify legal risks and propose practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Desirable Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

• Knowledge of construction project lifecycle and related legal implications.
• Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of the business implications of legal advice.
