Hours:
15 hours per week, 8.30am 3pm (includes 30-minute unpaid lunch) 2 days per week (preferably Monday and Tuesday), 8.30am 11.30am 1 other day Term time only, 39 weeks per year

The Learning Mentor supports learners who have a range of complex needs, helping them with their learning and with the development of key life-skills.
Essential qualities include:
The ability to work flexibly and cooperatively with other staff members
The ability to foster positive working relationships with students with complex needs
The ability to think creatively, to engage students and sustain their attention through programmes that incorporate variety and interest
A professional demeanour when working with staff, students and parents
