Part-Time Manager

The Hot Box Co | Hildenbrough & Penshurst | 14/hr + bonus scheme

The aim of The Hot Box Co is to contribute to giving people better access to the benefits of sauna and cold exposure, as well as encouraging the public to try something new. All based in settings that help us reconnect with nature.

We're on the lookout for a confident, proactive, and friendly Manager to help lead our growing team across our Hildenbrough and Penshurst sites. This is a part-time role, with flexible hours (minimum 10 hours per week, up to 40 hours for the right person). You'll be instrumental in supporting the day-to-day running of our sites, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely, and helping us grow.

What you'll be doing:

Managing and supporting our team of Hosts, including staff rotas Working with our customer service team to handle enquiries and ensure great service Assisting in streamlining our systems and improving the customer experience Taking stock and placing orders to keep everything running without a hitch Reviewing, updating, and implementing risk assessments and health & safety policies Supplying content to our Social Media Manager to keep our community engaged Coordinating and developing special events to enhance the guest experience

What we're looking for:

Previous management experience (essential) Someone confident in managing up as well as down -- you'll take ownership and bring ideas to the table A problem-solver who's happy to work independently but also knows when to ask for support Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail Someone comfortable working outdoors and dealing with the little surprises nature can bring!

This is a hands-on role in a unique outdoor setting -- so if you're looking for a management position that's a little out of the ordinary, we'd love to hear from you. Ideally, you'll be ready to start in July, but we can be flexible for the right person.

You must be over 18 and have your own transport to get to site.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 15.25 per hour
